Are bath salts bad for you?

For a while now I believed that bath salt posion warnings were for real bathing. I found out it was a drug during casual conversation with somebody at the gym.

Bath salts that you use to bathe are not bad for you. The other type of bath salts most certainly are bad for you in so many ways.
