Are bath salts actual bath salts?

After reading the story on that guy who attacked a homeless person in a cannibal kind of way in florida I got confused. Is this bath salts drug taken by the guy a mix of chemicals or the normal bath salts from the store?

No bath salts are drug. Sellers use the names like glass cleaner, bath salts, etc to hide from law enforcement and FDA regulations.
