Are ammonia inhalants safe?

Hello people, for the last year Ive been lifting heavy weights and found interest in body building. A couple months in i began using salt capsules that are inhalaed. I'm obsessed with the energy i get, but I'm starting to fear the consequences.

Has your intake of these salt capsules increased a signifcant degree? If it has its probably best you start looking at rehab centers. Hopefully you beat addiction to the punch and get help for this stuff.

You should probably stop.. Like… ASAP. I highly doubt Amonia inhalants are safe in any way shape or form.
