The physical is about 4 days, but guys you should really go to a center. Doing it along is NOT safe.

It should be noted that you should always detox under medical supervision, especially if you're detoxing from alcohol. Alcohol withdrawals can kill you if left unsupervised. The goal for detox is so the body can get rid of the remaining alcohol in its system and get back to normal.
