How long after taking 50 mg of tramadol can I take a suboxone

I was on herion/fentanyl for awhile stopped that almost 3 days ago but took a tramadole yesterday to ease the withdrawal symptoms. I don’t want to go into perceptative withdrawal symptoms. But I also am not feeling withdrawal symptoms because I’ve been taking gabapentin but I’ve run out of those.
