I don’t understand why oxycontin can be so addictive? I thought it was suppose to help you?

Your brain becomes so dependent on the presence of oxycontin it demands it. Making it a need and not just a want anymore.

It can help with pain management if taken as prescribed by your doctor, but when it is abused, it is highly addictive.
