Why go to rehab?

I’ve been using Meth for a while now and I’ve tried to stop on my own but I cannot. I have talked to a few of my friends and they have recommended rehab. I’m not sure I want to go into rehab because I’m scared. Why should I go?

If you have tried to stop using Meth but can’t, rehab will teach you the tools you need to stay sober. It is going to feel scary but it is going to be the best decision you’re going to make for your life! Good luck.
