I tried ice just one time with my friends. Now I can’t stop. Why am I becoming addicted to this drug I know is bad for me?

Addiction is a disease that takes no mercy. It doesn’t care if something is bad for you; you can become addicted anyway. Ice is one of the most addictive substances out there. When you take it, this drug gives you a thrilling high that disappears almost as fast as it appeared. You probably felt good when you were high, and you want to enjoy that sensation again, so you keep reaching for the drug. It will be really hard, but you can change these habits if you go to rehab.
