I’ve found some needles in my girlfriend’s bag that really alarmed me. Could these be drug needles and where do you think she would get those from?

It is possible. Drug users can get needles from many different places, from drug dealers to fellow addicts or even sketchier locations like the street. It’s very dangerous and unsanitary to share needles. I would be on the lookout for more signs that your girlfriend is using drugs before you confront her.
