Talk with your doctor, detox your body properly and find treatment that includes the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.

I recommend Alcoholics Anonymous! It saved my life. Get the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous and read chapter three. If you relate, go to a meeting and get a sponsor. Good luck to you.
