When should I give up on my drug addicted brother? He only calls me when he needs something. I love him so much but it’s starting to hurt me that i can’t save him.

Never give up on someone you love. Your brother is going through something very serious and needs you right now. Just don’t give him money. Feed him if he’s hungry and tell him you love him. Offer him resources to get help.
