Someone told me that coming off suboxone is like coming off heroin. I never would have taken it if I’d known. What will help me get over it?

It’s probably not as bad as coming off heroin, but it is an opiate. If you can taper down first, this will definitely help. The worst thing is the depression, which can last some time, so speak to a therapist.
