We’ve got my stepson staying over since he’s had a few problems, and we’ve now been told he has PAWS. What is this?

PAWS is post acute withdrawal syndrome and it’s normally when the person experiences more prolonged withdrawal with symptoms that can come and go. It can happen when coming off any kind of drugs with alcohol and benzos being common.
