I’ve been on methadone for a few years now, I used it to come off heroin, but now I need to kick it too. What am I going to feel like?

Coming off methadone is like other opiates. You’ll have a lot of sweating, shakes, nausea and probably diarrhea. It can be hard to sleep, and you’ll be craving a fix. Taper down first as much as possible, and get someone to help you through.
