I know you shouldn’t use drugs. I know they are bad for you. But I keep hearing my neighbor talk about drug abuse. What does that mean?

Drug abuse is when a person is abusing drugs. Using them in a manner not intended.

Drug abuse is a serious issue. It happens when someone uses drugs that were not intended for them, or they are using to much of them too often, because their body makes them feel like they need it.
