I need to detox from opiates but i’m scared of the withdrawal, does anyone have any tips on what is best for opiate withdrawal?

When I was going through withdrawal I chose before hand not to use drugs to help me get off drugs. The best things for me for opiate withdrawal was my support system, walking to help get my mind off things, getting plenty of rest, and I took vitamins.

That depends on if you are willing to trade one drug for another. You could try something like tramadol or suboxone to help with your withdrawals, that is what worked best for me.
