What helps withdrawals from suboxone?

I’m on Day 2 of withdrawal, and I’m not coping very well. Can anyone tell me what to do to get through this?

Imodium is the answer here. It really looks after a lot of the symptoms but be careful with your doses or you could end up having to withdraw from that too. Start with 50 mg a day and it really will make those first few weeks that bit easier.
