Gonna try and come off the pills. Going on holiday with my girlfriend’s family so I have no choice cos I won’t be able to get them. Anything I can do to help how bad it’s gonna be?

Start tapering now man, cos you don’t want to be in the worst of it with her family. Get some loperamide if you can to stave off the very bad symptoms of withdrawal. Hopefully you can enjoy some of the holiday.
