Here we go, after 20 years on pain meds, I’m going to come off, and I’ve got to say, I’m not looking forward to it. Any tips on how I can make it through the next while?

Kratom is a legal herb which helps take the edge off if you can get your hands on some of it.

If you have the will power, taper down. That’s going to adjust your body and brain much better than anything else. Start slow, like if your dose is 80, just drop it by 10 mgs for a week or so til you get down to about 30 mg, then go in like mg.
