Going through withdrawal isn’t comfortable but you can make it a little better by staying hydrated, get some sports drinks in and take Epsom salts baths.

If you or someone you know is attempting to come off heroin, then stock up on anti-nausea medication and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and maybe some natural sleeping tablets.

It’s not that publicized but hydrotherapy can help with the pain of heroin withdrawal. Also get some anti-nausea meds.
