What does withdrawal from oxycodone feel like?

I need to give up oxycodone. It started as a prescription drug from my doctor but then I couldn’t get off it. What’s it going to feel like when I give up?

Well, you’re going to go into withdrawal first, probably around half a day from your last dose of it, so plan that well! It’s gonna feel like a bad flu initially, you’ll have cramps and fever, and you will just feel bad generally for around a week.
