Try going to the clinic and say your having a hard time. Thats the best. Some symptoms can give you headaches. Take a kids tylenol if you need too but nothing serious!

If your in rehab they can give you something to calm you down but I don’t suggest going after it on your own. There are also places that can give you suboxone to help.
