luckily xans get out of the system quick. You could be off them after a week sober. You might notice a panic on your chest or feel stressed. Not be able to sleep etc but these you can soothe easy.

Xanax withdrawals are like having one big panic attack. Your heart will beat fast and you wont be able to sleep easy. Keep a trash can close, you might get nauseous and throw up or something.
