  5. What are the withdrawl symptoms of clonazepam?
Asked: 2018-02-15 09:36:08
Please don’t think I’m an awful person…but… I work as an LPN at a nursing home, and I’ve been “borrowing” the left over clonazepam before it can be destroyed and marking it off as being taking care of. My job has a lot of random drug screens, and I’m really scared that I’m gonna lose my license. I know I need to stop, but I think I’m an addict. I understand the withdrawals from a clinical point of view, but what do they really feel like?

Panic attacks, heart palpitations, cold sweats, joint aches, and serious insomnia. You put yourself in a bad spot, and it’s probably time to fess up and get some sort of help.

I don’t think you’re a bad person, but I definitely think you need to be honest with somebody. Addicts take risks like that and you probably need to go into rehab to stop. Most of the time, you won’t your license if you admit that you have a drug problem and agreed to go through treatment. You may have to take a lot of regular drug tests, but if you’re in rehab that shouldn’t be an issue. What you’ve heard about clinically is probably pretty close to the truth with withdrawals. You probably be pretty cranky and may get anxious or lose a lot of sleep.
