I love speed. I can’t sit here and pretend that I don’t. But, my kids need me to get a job and in order to get a job I’m gonna have to dry out. What can I expect in the way of withdrawals?

Meth can be pretty awesome at first. You think that you’re on top of the world and that you can do more than you ever could before. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take long for this to go bad. You need to go to treatment, and you can expect to sleep for a couple days before you start to feel human again. Good luck.

by speed, I’m assuming you’re talking about methamphetamine. This is a pretty nasty drug, and you’re going to feel really tired or cranky right after you stop using. You need to come to terms with addiction and understand that it’s a bad thing in your life. You won’t be able to stop unless you really want to.
