What are symptoms of withdrawal from hydrocodone?

I had knee surgery and was in a lot of pain. The doctor prescribed hydrocodone to me and I am afraid I might be addicted to it. Is it safe to stop using it cold turkey and what will my body go through if I do?

If you have only been using hydrocodone for a short period of time, your body shouldn’t be addicted to it. you should be able to stop using it and only have a slight headache and maybe a few body aches for a day or two.
