What are symptoms of heroin use?

One of my employees has a drug problem and I am trying to figure out what type of drug it is so that we can try to help him get help. I think that he is doing heroin because I found a needle in the trash can of the bathroom. What are the symptoms I should look for to try to determine if he is doing heroin?

If your employee is doing heroin while he is at work, you should be able to tell. You may see track marks on his arms, notice that he has a general state of euphoria, seems to get lost in thought, and may have a hard time staying awake.
