Heroin in my first and only love. I need to be done with it, but I don’t think I can survive withdrawals. How do I get on a methadone program?

The only way to do that is to get in contact with a rehab. You have to go through treatment and show them that you’re serious about going on a medication program. Too many addicts abuse their methadone, so they have to know you’re for real.
