My wife got a prescription to Percocet after she had our baby, but I don’t think she’s stopped using. She refused to breast feed, and keeps going to different doctors saying that the epidural messed up her back. Last night, I caught her in my mom’s medicine cabinet while we were over visiting with the baby. She’s not my wife anymore. How long does it take to get addicted to Percocet?

If she’s already wired for addiction, then all it takes is one use. That sounds scary, but it can be true. It sounds like she’s doing something called doctor shopping, and stealing drugs is a felony. If you want to keep your wife out of jail and alive, get her into rehab. You may need an intervention.
