I haven’t used heroin in a week and my withdrawal symptoms are so bad. How long until they go away and I feel better?

I think you are almost through the thick of it. Symptoms typically improve after one week, so hopefully very soon! Keep in mind that you may experience post-acute symptoms like depression for long after you stop using.
