  5. How long does rehab last?
Asked: 2018-02-20 09:14:50
: I need to go to inpatient rehab, because I’m failing miserably trying to kick my drug habit by myself. I’m worried about my job and what will happen to my Boyfriend if I go to rehab. How long do the programs usually last?

You can do outpatient rehab or inpatient rehab. Inpatient programs are more intense, so youre required to stay for at least 28 days, and youre in a safe environment where youll have no access to alcohol or drugs. Some are pretty strict all round and dont let you leave, others are more flexible. You can stay longer than a month, if you can afford it, but not all places have this option either. If you have a more moderate addiction, then you could try attending an outpatient program, but you may be required too attend several days a week for several hours. Check out the programs near you and see whats available.

Rehab can last anywhere from a month to a year. It depends on what you need from the program and how much you can afford. If you check out your insurance and how much does rehab cost in your area, you can make a better decision for yourself, but try to get the best help possible.

The alcohol rehab near me offers 28-day stays and I think this is about average. Only around 11% of people with addictions actually go to rehab, and often go more than once, so if you can, stay as long as possible. I think the longest you can stay is 90 days. You dont necessarily need to go, but it definitely helps you rebuild your life if youve been an addict for a long time.

The standard rehab program is usually around 28 days. Most jobs will be okay with you taking time off to get help for drug problem, and you can request family medical leave if you need to. As for your boyfriend, no relationship is going to last as long as you’re using drugs. You can’t be good for him until you’re healthy for yourself.

You’ve already completed the hardest step which is asking for help. You have to really want to get sober, and you can’t be concerned with other things when you go to rehab. An inpatient facility will usually let you stay there from 28 to 90 days depending on how long you need it. And if your bf leave then good riddance, you need to better yourself.

There are many different ways to do rehab, and it depends what you choose to do. In average outpatient rehab lasts for about 10 weeks. This should get you through the worst of it and give you the help you need during this time.
