How addictive is lean?

Its been happening more frequently than not, but my grandmother seems to be intoxicated. there is no alcohol is the house because she is an alcoholic but she does have lean in her medicine cabinet so I'm forced to think the lean is the cause. How addictive is promethazine and is my gma addicted to it?

Lets consider what lean is for a second. Lean contains codeine (an opiate) and since opiates are addictive, lean has to be addictive. However the addictivness of lean is contingenton on the individual usng it.
