Do drug addicts ever change?

In spite of everything we have been through, my significant other is still putting in the middle of his own personal war with drugs. I am tried and need a change.

Trying to change someone yourself or make them change for you will never work. When he hits his low spot aka "bottom" then he will start to change the ways he does things.
