Can you do individual therapy only with meth addiction due to having social anxiety disorders group therapy is completely out of the question.

I suffer from extreme social anxiety and I just cannot do group therapy and I'm addicted to meth. I want to get help but I only want detox treatment as withdrawals are very brutal. I also would be willing to have individual therapy sessions. I'm just too afraid to go to rehab thinking they will make me do group therapy also and I just can't take that chance.
