Can you become addicted to ecstasy?

My friends and I have been using Ecstasy Recreationally every weekend for the past several months. I am just looking to anybody who may have first hand experience with this particular substance who would be willing to share their knowledge here. The question I have is if it is possible to become addicted to ecstasy in any capacity?

Ecstasy in most cases is not pure MDMA and is usually cut with some form of other filler drug. In my experience is has been Methamphetamines but it could be different for others and there really is no way to tell what the additional substances are without sending it out for testing(Which in most cases is not a viable option for recreational users) so that being said it his highly possible that even if MDMA does not become an addiction the additional substances may be the thing that gets ya! but it do think MDMA itself does not carry a very high risk for addiction. ****DISCLAIMER this is just my opinion from my personal experience and I do not claim to know anything backed by scientific data so take it as you will.
