Can someone become addicted to weed?

I know several peeps that smoke weed and non of them are addicted or seem to have that addict vibe, can someone really even become addicted to weed or is weed addiction a spoof?

I second that Mr. Riddle, I wish addiction to weed wasn’t real. As far as myself, I got disagnosed with Marijuana use disorder. When I did I thought it comical and no way on earth but its real and so is weed addiction.
