The worst!! ? I got a referral for my 15 year d daughter for Mindspring. MindSpring contacted my husband regarding the appointment and my husband never wrote it down. When I contacted MindSpring to confirm my daughters appointment they refused to give it to me. They claim that my daughter is 15 years old and old enough to make her own decisions and therefore they will not release any information to me - her mother. They said that my daughter has to get on the phone herself (except my daughter refuse to be on the phone with anybody- even her parents). This was one of the reasons we were visiting MindSpring in the first place. ? Absolutely ridiculous! I am her mother for Gods sake! Plus she is only 15, not 18! Super disappointed ? Apparently they care more about their rules than the patient. My daughter could have gotten help by now but now I gotta find another place that doesn’t have these ridiculous rules so I can find the help my daughter needs! Oh, and this office doesn’t even call to “confirm” appointments!!

One of the only therapists in town so I was forced to work with them. They never messed up one of my appointments but when I waited in the office I know of MANY appointments that where messed up. The therapists do their best with what they can but they have limited resources and the times they see people are VERY limited. Also they only do the 50 min appointments on every hour so if is tough to get in if you have a job. Also the intake process is difficult as they only start seeing people at certain times, and it is first come first serve. I wish there were more resources in the valley, MindSprings does their best but there is no improvement until people take mental health seriously. This one star I feel bad about because it is not their fault, but the lack of resource. I hope with time people will value all aspects of health and Mindsprings can do intake at all hours and start to see people on NON-business time, like 1pm-9pm when people can conveniently take an hour to focus on their minds.

Beverly at the front doesnt seem to be organized. This is the second time i get scheduled at a time and when I show up she has me for a different time. I take off from work and use my own time off to make it to these appointments and I can’t afford anymore mess ups from Beverly. If I could do zero star I would. VER DISSAPOINTED!

I have really bad anxiety and i live in eagle. I have been there twice once for an appointment to make an appointment and once for 5 minutes for an evaluation???? 5 MINUTES!!!! I have tried to get a hold of them 6 times left voicemails every time and 2 month of nothing. I was told to call to try and start getting on Anxiety medication but trying to work with Mindsprings is giving me anxiety. I am ready to find somewhere new.

Seems like a decent place to go to for mental health issues, but the only problem is it takes forever to schedule appointments with them. This is probably not the best mental health clinic in the valley. I would check elsewhere before coming here unless you’re extremely patient.

These people are EXTREMELY difficult to work with. Beverly at the front desk never knows what's going on and will make you come in for an appointment when the Therapists have told you that you don't need to come in. So you pay for an appointment for no other reason than they are too lazy to communicate with each other. They are all there for nothing more than a paycheck, that's all. I have tried to get help on many different things and no one cares enough to put in a single ounce of extra effort to help you. Sean with the crisis department is the absolute worst, he is completely insensitive which is the last thing someone with a mental health problem needs. If you call crisis because you are feeling suicidal, do not speak with Sean, he will tell you that you are lying and you aren't really going to do it.
