I can tell you what I've experienced so far. I'm a relative of an inpatient here in the long term program. I've made a few phone calls and had several questions about Covid-19 vaccines, visitations and communication with loved one, physicals and or blood panels to assess organ function from substance abuse, and the work program. Each time I have been impressed with the empathy and desire to help. When we dropped off our loved one, we were all treated with dignity and a structured environment and methodology. I see hope here.
