Deplorable conditions, no help offered from nurses or doctors, absolutely unacceptable wait times, and a general smell of urine, feces and vomit prevail. I know this is a county service, but if you take away the consent of your patients, you better have an impeccable service or you deserve all the pain you get.

Central Wellness and Benefits Center Therapists are Terrible, They gave me 24 hours to leave with no plan of action because I refused their recommendations to go to another facility which is not why I was there, i was there for addiction and childhood trauma first and foremost now I'm home and I don't know what will happen to me. They are so unprofessional in the way they talk to people

What happened was nobody was there to notice that I was supposed to have my Depakote blood levels monitored. This place needs to get rid of crooked management and useless social workers and put competent people an doctors in their place. Will never happen and that is why Valley Medical Center's reputation proceeds it. It's a well known dump of a hospital. Social worker Jenny is a slob and useless.
