I've never in my life had someone speak to me the way Hillcrest admissions dept. supervisor, Brandi, spoke to me. The complete disrespect and lack of any compassion is beyond me, especially working at an adolescent treatment center. My child is 12 years old and in a crisis and after almost 1 week of going back and forth with the admissions dept. + touring the Agoura location and having them give me verbal approval and that insurance (my child has dual insurance) will cover 100% after I pay the $6,000 out of pocket. I then have Brandi yelling at me, telling me my child will not be accepted and that came from both of my insurances which is a complete lie as I have amazing insurance. They gave me the wrong information and instead of apologizing and trying to fix it, Brandi yells at me, hangs up on me. I call again and she hangs up on me again. By the 5th time, she actually blocked me. It's disgusted and very sad that they have someone like this working in a place that should have kind, compassionate and patient employees.
