I officially finished my 16 hours of drug screening classes May 31, 2018. I had my interlock installed by the first week of June. I never missed an appointment, I always paid on time, and made every blow into my breathalyzer on time. I had been told by the interlock company that I'd receive a letter in the mail when my interlock release date was. I had also been told by employees at the MVD that I should expect a letter and to just wait around until then. Finally, after almost 11 months.. I became frustrated and asked at my next interlock appointment.. "Is this type of turn around normal for someone who's made no mistakes since installing their interlock device?" He said "Well you might want to call the MVD .. they might have more information on a specific release date if you haven't been notified by mail." Sure enough, I call the MVD and they tell me that they have no record of my completion of drug screening classes and that I'd have to notify Arizona Behavioral Health Counseling for more information. I made several attempts to reach out to Arizona Behavioral Health Counseling's phone number and was automatically being disconnected because no one was available to take the call. Finally, I got through to someone.. I explained my situation and how long it had been since my completion of classes and the woman I spoke to said she'd inform her supervisor immediately so she could forward the documents the MVD. Although, the nice woman who took my call seemed apologetic you can imagine my frustration that she had absolutely no explanation as to why my paperwork was never forwarded over in the first place. Especially when I had paid for service almost a year ago. I had to ask the woman who took my call to call me back to confirm my certificate of completion was sent to the MVD and she did so in a timely manner and again was apologetic. But unfortunately as a consumer, this doesn't work for me. I understand that in getting a DUI, I've had my share of mistakes. However, I am a paying costumer and this lack of care in my case caused me to further pay $450 in interlock monthly fees. This all could've been avoided if someone had done their job correctly and taken care of forwarding my paperwork properly so that I could have a fair chance at an early release date which I more than earned. I'm extremely disappointed that this error has cost me almost $500 and I didn't even receive so much as an apology call from the manager. Save yourself the headache and look into any other company providing drug screening certified by the MVD other than this establishment. If I had never taken someone's advice to dig further into this myself, I would've continued to pay about $100 a month to have a breathalyzer in my car that should've been out of almost five months ago. As far as the classes I took, they weren't so bad. The instructors were informative and did their job. But again, it isn't worth the headache. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

There classes are very misleading I attended one in chandler and it was a class based on drugs and drug abuse the only problem is the class was based on anger management when I approached the teacher she gave me attitude and said I have 8 years of college and you don't so don't tell me how to run my class rude staff
