I went here tonight expecting to get admitted. Instead I got no one in the lobby except people waiting for assessments. Someone came in trying to take his girlfriend out of the facility because she had been harassed by staff members. They then lied about another behavioral health facility having zero beds available which I later found out was a lie when calling their facility. This place feeds bad vibes. Do not go here unless you are desperate

I highly recommend the rtc unit for your child. My daughter has a great dr who genuinely cares and listens. The staff has always been helpful and the dr. Keeps in touch with me on a normal basis. It really does help.

This is hands down the worst treatment facility!!! First off, I was forced to go to the facility. I was involuntarily forced to "voluntarily" admit myself to this facility. My social worker (who I am also reporting) was going to petition me, unless I went. I later found out she makes commission on how many people she sends to this place. So no surprise why I wasn't given a choice. I spent nearly 48 hours at this facility. At no point was I seen by a doctor, assessed or prescribed any types of medication. The most "treatment" I received was my daily vitals. I was not allowed to leave the hallway for the first 24 hours of my stay. You have a depressed individual who is having severe anxiety about their current situation and you chose to confine them to a hallway (where all the bedrooms are) for an entire 24 hours. How does this help anyone? Two other individuals at the facility made sexual remarks about me. My husband (who I called and told) called the facility and complained to the head social worker (named MJ) and told her. She said she's speak with me immediately. That never happened. She also told my husband, "It's a mixed floor. So these things are just going to happen". This facility is acknowledging that sexual harassment happens here and they won't do anything about it. Also, why on earth are they mixing genders at this facility? You have people withdrawing, coming down from drugs, with mental issues and you allow them around the opposite gender. How is that even legal? For the five minutes I was able to meet with a doctor (Dr. Link), he asked me no personal questions or assessment questions. All his said is, "You're going home tomorrow once we find you a psychiatrist". I then met with a social worked (named Melissa) for 5 minutes. She took down some basic information from me and said she'd find my psychiatrist so I could go home tomorrow. Come the following day, I found out that she didn't do that. So the day I'm supposed to leave, I had my husband already downstairs in the lobby, at 10am, making sure they were letting me out. He even had to call and find me a psychiatrist because no social worker was even attempting to do so. No doubt, they were trying to keep my longer so they could make more money. I was there voluntarily and had not had a 5150 reported on me and they still told me I was not allowed to leave. Even telling them I wanted to enact my "AMA- Against Medical Advice Rights" they still wouldn't let me go. It's a prison, not a treatment facility. Also, during my stay, patients are locked out of their rooms for hours at a time. Leaving only two "day rooms" for 16 people to gather in. They also turn the phones off at this time so you can't make calls. You are literally trapped in a hallway for hours at a time. They won't take you outside because they'll tell you "they're too busy". They give you no activities to do during these time periods. They did not tell me my patient code, so there were hours that my husband was unable to call me while at the facility. There was also a girl there who spoke little to no English, who was admitted on a Friday and they did not get her a translator until Tuesday. There was a gentleman who was discharged but had no phone, shoes or wallet and they told him they would not help him find transportation. There was a gentleman with a hole in his pants, purposefully showing his gentiles, and they did nothing about it. This facility operates like a prison. Don't even send someone here!!! I will be reporting this facility and fighting against this establishment until it is closed down!
